Panther Road Death

Have Sad news - The 12 th panther was killed on the rd, reported Aug 19 in Collier country off I -75. She was approx 3yoa. So sorry she had to leave this world behind so soon.

UCFP197, a 16 month old female panther is dead, vehicle collision in Collier County. This is the 11th road mortality for 2013.

People are encouraged to report sightings of an injured or dead panther by calling the FWC’s Wildlife Alert Hotline at 888-404-FWCC (3922) or
‪#‎FWC‬ or *FWC on a cell phone. Another option is texting (standard usage fees may apply).
